TalentOS provides an AI-powered talent matching platform that includes:

  • AI-driven candidate-job matching
  • Integration with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Match explanations and recommendations
  • Candidate and job management tools

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Discriminate against candidates based on protected characteristics
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the services or servers

5. Data and Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (resumes, job postings, etc.). By submitting content, you grant TalentOS a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, process, and analyze this content to provide our services.

Data Processing

We process data using AI and machine learning. You acknowledge that our matching algorithms provide recommendations, not guarantees, and that final hiring decisions remain with human recruiters.

6. Intellectual Property

TalentOS and its licensors own all rights to the platform, including software, algorithms, designs, and trademarks. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our intellectual property except as necessary to use the services.

7. Privacy

Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Fees and Payment

Certain features may require payment. If applicable, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TalentOS from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination
